The girls were getting ready for the camp prom. To say they were excited would be an understatement. Stephanie, Haliee, Ellie and Emmy had also come to the cabin, so all the girls could get ready together. "Okay, I am very hyped for this dance tonight, but someone needs to explain to me why we're doing a vintage theme for camp prom." Ashlyn says. "Ooh, I think it has to do with Susan Fine's birthday." Gina says. "Or the day she died." "Definitely one of those two." Alice says. "Honestly, I've never known." Maddox admits. "Look, any camp tradition that doesn't involve a wall is good by me." Kourtney says. "I'm gonna miss having all this time with you guys." Summer says, as Ellie was doing her hair. "Hey, we'll still be here." Gina says. "Even when you're a big music artist." "Sisterhood vibes all night, okay?" Haliee says. "It's gonna be the night of many vibes." Ashlyn says. "Hey, G. Are you good going solo to the dance tonight?" Stephanie asks. "I'm not going solo. I have my girls. Honestly, it's fine." Gina says. "It's a Shallow Lake tradition., so..." "That's right, it is." Maddox says. "Everyone goes stag." Gina says. "Honestly, Ash, I think your cousin's gonna spend the night without me as his date, realize he's kind of been ignoring me for w week and a half, and I don't know." Gina says."He promised he'd save the last dance for me, so..." "Oh, very nice." Ashlyn says. "I think the nights gonna end with a bang." Gina says. "In one way or another, it always does." Maddox says. "Excuse me." Jet says coming in after knocking. He was in a bright yellow suit that looked to be from the 70's. "Wow, Jet. That's... something." Summer says as everyone gasps. "Thanks Sum." Jet says with a smile. "Uhm, Maddie, can we talk? Alone?"
"Okay, should we be spying on them?" Kourtney asks, as all the girls stood outside, trying to listen in on Maddox and Jet's conversations. "No, we should not." Summer says. "Can you guys keep it down? I'm trying to spy on them." Ashlyn says. "Hey." All the girls turn around the see someone they don't recognise. "Is Gadgot still in there?" "Uhm, yeah. Yeah she is." Summer says. "I'm sorry who are you?" "Oh, I'm Madison." The blonde says. "Oh... my... god." Ashlyn says. "Yeah, yeah. She's in there. Go on in." Summer says. "Thanks." Madison says before walking towards the door. "Oh my god." Gina whispers after Madison had walked into the cabin. "Woah, did not expect that." Ashlyn says. "Yeah." Ellie agrees. A couple moments after Madison walked in Jet walked out, looking upset. "I'll be back." Summer says. "Jet wait!" Summer rushes after Jet who had stopped a little away. "Hey Sum." Jet says. "What happened in there? Why do you seem so upset?" Summer asks. "I think I just broke everything for Maddie again." Jet admits. "Where you the one who brought Madison here?" Summer asks, causing Jet to nod. "I thought I was doing the right thing." Jet tells her. "Wait here." Summer says.
Summer had gone into the cabin and quickly got her guitar before leading Jet to the woods. "Are you leading me to my death?" Jet asks. "No." Summer says with a laugh, as she sits down on a stone, Jet sits on the one opposite her. "So, I wrote this song for my record deal and I know you need something to get you mind off what happened, so I wanted you to be the first to hear it." "Well, you did listen to my song." Jet says. "I would love to hear yours." "Oh, just before I start. You didn't break anything. When I went to get my guitar Maddox and Madison were joking and laughing." Summer tells him. Jet smiles softly nodding slightly. "Okay, let me hear this song." Jet says. "Uhm... here's the lyrics. If you want to jump in at anytime." Summer says, handing him a notebook, turned to the page with the song on. Jet takes it before summer starts playing the guitar.

"Wow. Summer that was amazing." Jet tells her. "Thanks Jet." Summer says. "Let me guess. The songs about your sister and Ricky." Jet says. "Yeah but not just them. It's about all my friends." Summer tells him. "Including me?" Jet questions. "Of course including you." Summer says. "I honestly am so happy I came to camp." "Same." Jet agrees. "Wasn't to start with but now I am." They then hear loud music from the barn. "We should probably get to prom." Summer says causing Jet to nod. "Yeah. Probably should." Jet agrees. They stand up. Jet goes straight to the barn while summer goes to the cabin to drop her guitar off before meeting up with the girls, besides Maddox and Madison and going to the prom.
