[VOL 3] Nightmares; Fear Itself Prologue

Mike walks through the doors of the base and heads over to the computer and sits in the chair.
Olivia: So, how was the date?
Mike: Good, it was really good.
Olivia: I'm surprised anyone would date that ugly mug.
Mike: And how come you can't get anyone with that new bod you rocking?
Olivia: One of life's big mysteries. So what did you guys talk about?
Mike: How crappy our lives been, how many times we've littered, you know the usual stuff.
Olivia: Har har.
Mike: The others asleep?
Olivia: Yeah, tho I don't sleep.
Mike: I know, you always make me sleep.
Olivia: That's cause you need it.
Mike: They have nightmares don't they?
Olivia: ... Every night. You the worst.
Mike: How?
Olivia: Cause you keep screaming "Let me die, let me die before them".
Mike: What could that mean?
Olivia: I don't know, but you've been having the nightmares for about a week.
Olivia chews on a neon rod.
Mike: You're lucky Toby made those for you.
Olivia: Yeah I know, it helps me recharge my powers.
Mike: And helps you with your nightmares.
Olivia: I don't have nightmares.
Mike: Sure. Well, lets check to see if there's anything for us to do.
Olivia: Like what, save a kitten from a tree? Sounds like a job for Superman.
Mike: Hmm, well not a whole lot is going on.
Olivia: Well, I guess St.Paul is safe tonight.
Mike: Yeah, I gue-
Then a notification popped up.
Olivia: Did you tell anyone our email?
Mike: No, I didn't.
Mike goes and clicks and the email.
Mike: It saids it's from someone named Scott?
Olivia: Read it.
Mike: Dear Rejects, I've come to informed you that I know who you all are. How Mike is Immortal and Jayden is Deadpool. I would like you to meet me at the church you've visited a few hours ago. Hope you come. Sincerely Scott.
Olivia: Wake up the others?
Mike: Wake up the others.
