[VOL 5] Wedding Bells pt 3

Jess is staring into the mirror looking at the white dress when there's a knock on the door.
Jess: Yes?
Mike: You ok in there?
Jess: Yeah. Just getting ready is all.
Mike: Jess, tell me the truth.
Jess: Well come in then.
Mike opens the door and sees Jess sitting down with the dress on.
Mike: Damn, Jayden's one lucky man.
Jess: Yeah...
Mike goes towards her and places a hand on her shoulder.
Mike: What's wrong?
Jess: I don't think I can do this.
Mike: What, wear the dress? Come on you agreed to-
Jess: I meant marry Jayden.
Mike then sees fear in her eyes and Mike grabs Jess's shoulders.
Mike: Look at me.
Jess turns and looks at Mike.
Mike: You will marry him and you will be grateful you did. I promise you no matter what happends I'll be damned if I let you two seperate ever again. You are going to be together alright?
Jess hugs Mike and he hugs back.
Jess: You're the greatest best friend anyone could ever ask for.
Mike: That's debatable but thanks, I try my damn best.
The two separate and Mike stands up.
Mike: Now hurry up, we don't want the lucky guy to wait forever.
Jess: Yeah I'll be out in a few.
Mike leaves and as he shuts the door Taylor runs up to him.
Mike: What's wrong?
Taylor: Jess's dad is here.
Mike: Oh fuck.
Mike runs towards the front of the church to see Jess's dad standing there in a tuxedo.
Mike: Sir.
Jess's Dad: Where is she?
Mike: In her room getting prepared for her walk down the aile sir.
Jess's Dad: Tipicale. Can never do anything right.
Mike: Say one more bad thing about your daughter one more time and I may have to ask you in a almost not polite manner to get the hell off my friends church.
Jess's Dad: I can say whatever the hell I want about my daughter. Who do you think you are?
Mike stands straight up and looks the old man in the eyes.
Mike: I'm the best man of this goddamn wedding. I'm the groom's best friend and I'm the bride's goddamn best friend so if I hear as much of a bad word about Jayden or you're damn daughter then I'll make sure you leave with a reminder of what happends if someone hurts my friends, so who the hell do you think are?
The two locked eyes for a while until Jayden came in.
Jayden: Mike stand down, I invited him.
Mike: You got it.
Jayden: Your daughter's room is just down the halls.
Jess's dad starts walking but Jayden grabs his arm.
Jayden: You even dare to hurt her on our wedding and I'll personally hurt you in more ways then one.
Jayden lets go of Jess's dad's arm and the old man goes into her room. Jayden looks around and sees that Mike isn't here.
Jayden: Hey can someone find Mike the wedding is about to start.
Frank: I got it.
Frank runs off and finds Mike standing outside.
Frank: Hey Mike come on, wedding's about to begin.
Mike: Coming.
Mike stands there for a few minutes and smiles. He looks in front of him and sees him, Jess, Taylor, Nelson, Tyler, and Jayden all back in 10th grade.
Mike: Time flies when you have family.
Mike walks in, not noticing Crystal standing in a dark alley with tears falling from her face.
???: Having doubts?
Crystal turns around to see Slayer but his mask is off but his face is hidden in the shadows.
Crystal: No, of course not.
Slayer: Good.
Slayer then starts walking towards the wedding.
Slayer: Because then they won't know what hit them.

And finally we have finished the 3 parter Wedding Bells. I know I haven't been writing as much and that's because I just don't feel like writing that much anymore but I do really want to write so I'll try to write as much as I can. Anywho I'll see yall in the next one, bye.
