[VOL 2] Leadership Problems pt 2

Nelson: Immortal, we've arrived at the factory. Tell us how many guards there are.
Mike: I don't know, something is interfering with Dex's system. You're gonna have to go in blind. Be careful.
Nelson: Got it.
The gang sneaks into the factory, but only to find it abandoned.
Jayden: Like, I know its a abandoned factory and all, but isn't there supposed to be like at least some guards?
Jess: Yeah, I agree. Nelson do you know what's going on?
Nelson: No, if I did wouldn't you think I tell you?
Toby: Calm down, try contacting Mike.
Nelson: Mike can you read me?
The only response Nelson gets is static.
Nelson: Nothing. Someone must be jamming our comms.
Then Jayden felt something hit his neck.
Jayden: What the hell. Ok, i'm feelung dwoozie.
Jayden dropped to the floor, knocked out.
Jess: Jay- Ow, what hit meeeeeezzzzzzzz.
Then Jess hit the floor.
Nelson: SPREAD OUT!!!!
Aiden then got hit in the back by one of the soldiers from before. Aiden dropped to the ground.
Toby: There taking us down one by one Blackwing.
Nelson: I see that, just don't let them shoot you or hit you.
Then a bunch of soldiers surrounded the two of them. Nelson flew up but left Toby behind. Toby tried to defeat all the soldiers, but it was too much for him.
Nelson: Damn it, I gotta get out of here before they get me.
At that moment, a hook went through one of Nelsons wings and pulled him down onto the ground.
???: When I heard about you and your team from the boss, I was expecting something more impressive.
Nelson looked up to see a man wearing a black trench coat buttoned up. He had no hair on his head, and had a scar going through his left eye.
Nelson: Who are you? What do you want?
Whip: Name's Whip, and I want you and your boss The Immortal. Or are you supposed to be the leader?
Nelson: Why do you want us?
Whip: To sell you to the highest bidder of course. Our kind is worth alot to the right people.
Nelson: Your a Gifted?
Whip: Is that the name you're giving to our kind. Not bad. Yes I'm a Gifted.
Nelson: Why sell people like you?
Whip: You know you are starting to annoy me.
Whip grabs Nelson's face and throws him across the factory.
Nelson lands against a wall.
Mike: Nel--n are y-- --ri-g-t?
Nelson: Mike, help u-
A blue tendril just then went through Nelson shoulder.
Nelson: AAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!
Whip: Now now, we don't want him to spoil everything right now, do we?
Nelson then gets send flying back towards Whip. Whip grabs him by the neck and grabs Nelson's earpiece.
Whip: Put him with the others.
Whip gives Nelson to the soldiers and then walks out of the jamming zone.
Whip: Hello, am I talking to the Immortal?
Mike: Where the fuck are my friends you little bitch?!
Whip: Calm down, they aren't dead or harmed severely.
Mike: What do you want?
Whip: Simple, your surrender for your friends freedom. So, deal?
