"Nuggets! This aint funny any more!" Yelled the spider.

Husk looked confused. He cleared his throat making his presence known. Angeldust stopped what he was doing and looked at the cat. He was tugging at his hair with anxiety.

"Hey, uhh you haven't seen a pig bout yay big with lil black horns?" Angeldust asked.

Husk raised an eyebrow.
"A pig?" He asked.

Angeldust nodded.
"He's my pet and he's not here."

Husk shrugged.

"Ain't seen no pig."

"Damnit!" Angeldust groaned, throwing whatever he was holding at a wall.

Husk's face softened. "Hey, where ever he is I'm sure you'll find him. Couldn't have gone far. But throwing shit and panicking ain't gonna help." He reached for the spider but Angeldust flinched away and smacked his hand. Normally he's so careful with his movements always extending his hand, but waiting for Angel to take it. However the spider was so frantic, all Husk was going to do was hold his shoulder and be supportive.

He didn't know what to do or say, he was so shocked Angel's would think Husk would hit him, especially when he's just trying to help. "I'm just going to leave this here." He placed the bottle and the glass on his vanity that was next to the door and he walked out. He went down the hall to the elevator and went took it to the next floor. He knocked on Cherri's door.

Cherri answered it holding what he assumed to be the pig in question. He raised an eyebrow.

"Hey uh, he's back home going crazy looking for uh-" She cut him off.

"Shit! Is he alright other than that?" She asked, handing Husk the pig.

Husk was taken aback but awkwardly held the small demon pig. "I don't know, he looks fine but, he didn't stop at the bar."

Cherri nodded.
"Let him know I'll be down in a bit." She stated.

She knew Anthony wouldn't like it and she didn't care. Meddling was what she did best.

Husk left with the pig, got in the elevator and went down to one floor walking to Angel's room. The door was shut this time.
Husk knocked on the door.

The door opened and there was a very distinct smell of Sharpie markers. Angel looked high. The sight had Husk raise an eyebrow. How long has it been? He didn't look like himself at all, he must've taken his make up off cause his eye wasn't purple just a few minutes ago. He raised an eyebrow trying to remain calm in the situation. He was happy his time in the military was good for something. Knowing how to remain calm in bad, high stress situations.

"Nuggets!" The spider squealed taking Fat Nuggets from Husk's arms. "Thank you Husky, where did ya find him?"

Husk rubbed the back of his neck. "I uh- Cherribomb had em. She also said she'd come check on ya." He stated.

"She's so sweet. I shoulda known she was looking after him." He rubbed his face against the side of the pigs face.

"Rriiight." Husk took a deep breath. He noticed the bottle was still unopen. "Say uh, I ain't no expert but uh, are you sober?"

Angel chuckled, then sighed. He put nuggets down on his bed. And sat in the pink fluffy bean bag esk chair in his room shaking his head. Husk walked into the room now and shut the door behind him.

He sighed he pointed to Angel's eye. "That why ya flinched when I tried to place a hand on ya shoulder?"

Angel nodded with his head in his hands, he didn't wipe the tears away because his eye hurt too much to bother. "It was real bad today."

Husk just sighed.
"Alright kid, how bout dis? You tell me, I can stay in here, you can come down from whatever you took, maybe have a drink before the bottle gets warm, or I can leave ya to your vices til Cherribomb gets down here."

Angel took a minute to think about what he wanted, he wasn't sure he wanted to come down, but he knew for certain that; he didn't want to be alone.

He sniffled.
"Please don't leave."

Husk smiled, proud of Angel's decision. He sat on the floor, in front of Angeldust crossing his legs over each other. "Smart choice."

Angel chuckled.
"Could I uh, maybe have a hug?" He asked.

Husk nodded and extended his arms to the spider. "You ain't gotta ask."

Angel leaned forward and wrapped all four of his arms around the cat demon. Husk waited until he was embraced, to wrap his arms around the thin demon.

They sat there like that for what felt like forever for Angeldust, in the best way possible. But was probably not even ten minutes.

There was a knock at the door.

"That's probably Cherri." Husk whispered softly.

Angeldust sighed, and reluctantly stood up.  He walked over and opened the door, and hugged her immediately. "Thanks for taking care of Fat Nuggets, for me."

She hugged back. "Of course, you know I love the lil guy. You okay? You want ice for ya eye?"

Angeldust shook his head. "I'm okay. Thanks Cherr."

She glanced around his room raising an eyebrow when she realized someone else was in there.

"Is that Husk?" She asked.

Angel just nodded, Husk ears perked up hearing his name, so he turned his head and flicked his hand as a greeting. "Yo."

"Behave Angie." She winked, before she walked away. The spider just rolled his eyes, shutting the door. He sat on his bed next to Fat Nuggets.

"The floor comfy?" He asked, looking at Husk.

The cat demon chuckled. "It's carpeted, so it's good." He teased.

Angel rolled his eyes. "Just come here, asshole."

He and Husk sat on his bed chatting about nothing in particular. Husk said something to make Angel giggle, which in turn made him smile.

Angel yawned deeply.

"I can leave ya alone if you're tired, kid." Husk assured.

Angel's face fell. He shook his head.
"I probably won't fall asleep if ya leave. Cherri normally waits till I fall asleep, to leave." Angeldust explained.

Husk simply nodded.

He stayed with Angeldust, until the spider fell asleep, then he quietly left the room, going down the hall to his own where he fell asleep.
