"He appears out of nowhere, without a sound."

"I heard he can use a bunch of different powers."

"Isn't that what All For One can do, too? That seems weird."

"He could be a nomu!"

"But I heard he saves people."

"Yeah? Well I heard that he doesn't look anything like a hero. He's always covered in dirt and blood. It's scary."

"And there's always that bloodied up girl following him."

"Do you think that blood... is someone else's?"

The rain felt like a constant as of this week, never allowing their clothes to dry with how much they were on the move.

As of now, Midoriya was helping a girl from a villain only for her to run away at the sight of him using multiple quirks. Superstitions and fear were powerful to the mind, and they could only see a villain–vigilante at best.

As he managed the situation, Yume lingered behind just watching only to hear the usual voice that beckoned her away.

Shi told her where to go, where to leave.

The cause was a needle in the back of her neck, her thoughts projected as easily as she could read them.

Yume didn't hesitate once the order had been given to leave, turning and running the other way. Midoriya had noticed her steps with the puddles being a dead giveaway, spinning around, "Wait!"

It was a constant cycle, his speed on his side as he kept up with her to try and follow. He didn't want to stop her, only see where she was going. This could mean leads, possibly putting him in the direction of All For One, or getting his hands on someone who could.

However, like always, it turned into a game of cat and mouse since she was not allowed to let him follow.

Speed was not her strong suit, but hiding was. She was quite good at ducking into his blindspots, and danger sense was no help since she wasn't intending to be violent in any way.

Sometimes he could find her while ducking between buildings and large pieces of debris, but when she was told to use her quirk, it was over then.

He couldn't follow her while blind, as much as he tried.

He could only wait for her to let go of the illusion in his mind, and she was gone by the time she did. She'd come back, and she always did, but he dreaded each time when he felt worse and worse for not being able to stop her from going to whatever fate was waiting.

This time, however, he was not left to his thoughts of defeat and rather a villain he recognized as Dictator using civilians as a shield.

Yume, during this time, had arrived at the meeting place to find Shi waiting for her
