A/N: There will be a part of this episode that doesn't have Lexi in it, you'll see why. But, I just felt that I had to include the majority of the stuff that happens because it's important to the storyline. No copyright infringement intended.

Inside the TARDIS...

Amy was sitting in the swing under the console room floor looking at her engagement ring. Well, it wasn't exactly hers. Well, it was. She just didn't know it. She slipped it onto her finger just as The Doctor and Lexi poked their heads down.

"Vavoom!" They exclaimed.

"Va-what?" Amy asked confused.

The Doctor went back up and started flicking controls on the console.

Lexi just shrugged. "I don't know. The Doctor just told me to shout that with him." With that, Lexi went back up and stood by the console. Amy went to go join them.

"I can't believe I've never thought of this before, it's genius. Right! Landed, come on." The Doctor started to head for the door.

"Where are we?" Amy asked as she came up to Lexi's side.

"Planet One, the oldest planet in the universe. There's a cliff of pure diamond and, according to legend, on the cliff there's writing, letters 50 feet high, a message from the dawn of time, and no one knows what it says, 'cos no one's ever translated it. Till today."

"What happens today?" The twins asked.

The Doctor tapped them on their noses. "Us. The TARDIS can translate anything. All we have to do is open the doors and read the very first words in recorded history."

The Doctor reached out and the twins placed their hands in his to exit the TARDIS.

Outside the TARDIS, Planet One...

The Doctor, Lexi and Amy stepped out onto the tropical planet and looked up at the cliff-face. In large letters it read 'HELLO SWEETIE(S)' with Greek looking symbols underneath.

Amy chuckled. "Vavoom!"

Forest, Roman Britain...

The TARDIS materialized and The Doctor, Lexi and Amy stepped out.

"Doctor, are you sure this is the right place?" Lexi asked.

"Just followed the coordinates on the cliff-face. Earth. Britain." The Doctor checked his watch. "1:02 AM. No, PM." The Doctor stopped and looked up. "No, AD."

The trio looked out over a large Roman encampment.

"That's a Roman Legion." Amy stated.

"Well, yeah. The Romans invaded Britain several times during this period."

"Oh, I know. My favorite topic at school. Invasion of the hot Italians."

"But..." Lexi started. "If my memory serves me correctly, sister dear, I do believe you got marked down for that title."

Suddenly, a breathless soldier ran up to them. He saluted with a fist to his chest. "Hail, Caesar!" The soldier kneeled down in front of The Doctor. Lexi walked up to his side.

"Hi." The Doctor said.

"Welcome to Britain. We are honored by your presence."

"Well, you're only human."

"Please arise... Roman person." Lexi commanded.

"Of course, Lady Calpurnia." The soldier stood up to reveal smudges of lipstick on his face. "Cleopatra will see you now."
