Inside, Red Waterfall room...

Amy and Lexi were now sitting in the chairs, their feet up on the table as the Doctor reconnected and appeared in the glass.

"Come on, Gotcha!" He exclaimed. "There. Stabilized, settled, shh!"

Inside, Green Anchor room...

"Why has this got hands?" Rory asked as the handbot was cornering him.

The Doctor walked over to him. "Organic skin, ultimate universal interface, grown and grafted, not born." He explained. "It's actually seeing with its fingers, scanning the room. But why not just give it eyes?"

"Will you visiting long?" The handbot asked.

"As long as it takes." The Doctor responded, going over to the glass and peering through it at Lexi and Amy. "Lexi, Amy, what exactly did you two do?"

"We just came in." Amy said. "We just came in and I pressed the door button."

"Ah, Amy, there are two buttons." Rory told her. "Green anchor, red waterfall. Which one did you push?"

"I...pushed the red waterfall." She replied.

"Why?" Lexi questioned. "Doctor, Rory, what's going on?"

"Great." Rory grumbled, opening the door and stepping out.

The door slid shut behind him before he pushed the red waterfall button. The door then opened again, but the red waterfall room was empty.

"Amy? Lexi?" Rory asked, glancing around the room before stepping back out, groaning as the doors shut. He then pressed the green anchor and returned to where the Doctor was.

"I pressed Red Waterfall, and they weren't there!" Rory told him.

"So you can't follow them directly." The Doctor mumbled. "You know, it's never simple! Hear that, Handbot? They just pressed the wrong button. We're aliens, we didn't know."

"Statement... rejected." The handbot said as a red light on its chest brightened. "Apalapucia is under planet-wide quarantine. This is a kindness facility for those infected with Chen7."

The Doctor quickly covered his mouth and nose with his jacket. "What?"

Rory also quickly covered his mouth and nose. "Chen7, hmm?"

"The one day plague." The Doctor informed him.

"What, you get it for a day?" He asked.

"No, you get it, and you die in a day."

In the glass, Lexi and Amy both had covered her mouths as well, giving each other worried glances.

"There are 40,000 residents in the Twostreams Facility." The handbot informed them. "Please remain in the sterile areas. Visiting hours are now."

The handbot then put its hands together and transported away.

The Doctor and Rory lowered their jackets, uncovering their mouths.

"Sterile area, I'm safe." The Doctor breathed, sitting down.

Lexi smacked the glass. "Hello! What about us?!"

"Chen7 only affects two-hearted races like Apalapucians." The Doctor told them.

"And Time Lords." Rory pointed out.

"Yeah, like me." He agreed. "In that facility, I'm dead in a day. Time moves faster on Lexi and Amy's side of the glass. Lexi, you said you and Amy had been here a week. What did you eat?"
