Then Lexi and Then Amy opened the door cautiously and stepped out, the message they left for the Doctor still clear on the door.

"We're trusting you to watch our back." Now Amy stated.
"Always." Rory replied.
"'Cause here's the deal... you take us, too, in the TARDIS." She said. "Us, too."
"But that means that there'll be two of each of you, permanently, forever."

"Two Amys and two Lexis together. Can that work?" He questioned.

"Need I remind you, you're also in a relationship with two of them, Doctor!" Rory shot back.

"Fair point." He admitted. "I don't know. It might work, maybe, if I shunted the reality compensators on the TARDIS, re-calibrated the doomsday bumpers and jettisoned the karaoke bar, yes, maybe, yes. It could do it. The TARDIS could sustain the two paradoxes."
"Right. Amy and Lexi..." Rory said on the monitor as he held up the glass to see Then Amy and Then Lexi. "...and Amy and Lexi. Right."
"Okay, Lexi, Amy - Past Lexi, Past Amy – stand by the door." The Doctor instructed. "Future Lexi, Future Amy, you too. Future Lexi, can I borrow your sonic scr... probe?"
"It's a screwdriver!" She finally admitted, smirking as she handed it to Rory.

Rory then used the Doctor's sonic screwdriver on Lexi's before tossing it back to her.
"Rory, sonic it, double our power." The Doctor's voice came over the comms. "Lexi Now and Amy Now, you're our links to Lexi Then and Amy Then."

"We need to get two signals through." He told them.
