Inside, Ship, Captain's cabin, Night...

Captain Avery, along with Quartermaster Harper, were questioning the presence of strangers on their ship.

"We made no signal." Avery told them.

"Our sensors picked you up." The Doctor replied. "Ship in distress."

"Sensors?" Lucius raised an eyebrow.

"Yes. Okay. Problem word. Seventeenth century." The Doctor said, backtracking a bit. "My ship automatically, er, noticed-ish...that your ship was having some bother."

Lexi face palmed. "Really not the best explanation, Doctor."

"Wait." Captain Avery said, taking a step forward. "That big blue crate?!"

The Doctor snapped his fingers, nodding.

"Tis more magic, Captain Avery." The Boatswain chimed in. "They're spirits. How else would they have found their way below decks?"

"What my friend wanted to say is multidimensional engineering, but it seems you had a problem with that." Sky finally spoke up. "So, we won't go there. Look, my name is Skyler, but you can call me Sky. That's the Doctor, Lexi, Amy and Rory. We're pirates, same as you lot."

"Yeah. Arghhhhh!" The Doctor agreed.

"Seriously?" Lexi slapped him in the back of the head. "First 'noticed-ish that your ship was having some bother' and now 'Arghhhhh'? What is with you?"

"Oi! Not my fault." He said before turning back to look at Captain Avery and Lucius, Avery now aiming a pistol at his head. "Sky is right though. Well, except for the gun thing. And the beardiness. The only one of you that doesn't seem to have one though is Mr. Quartermaster here."

"Stowaways, that has to be it." Lucius commented, gesturing to them.

"Harper is right." Captain Avery agreed. "Eight days. Eight days we've been stranded here. Becalmed. You must have stowed away before we sailed."

"What do we do with 'em?" The Boatswain asked.

Lucius smirked. "Oh, I do believe they deserve our hospitality."

Outside, Ship's deck...

The Doctor was standing at the edge of a plank that jutted over the side of the ship as Sky and Rory were behind him, waiting to 'take' their respective 'turns'. Lexi and Amy were standing aside as they were being held back by a couple other pirates.

All the pirates laughed as the Doctor stood at the end of the plank.

"I suppose that laughing like that is in the job description." He commented. "'Can you do the laugh?' Check. Grab yourself a parrot. Welcome aboard."

"Stocks are low." Lucius said as he paced behind where the plank was. "There is only one barrel of water that remains."

"We don't need five more empty bellies to fill." Captain Avery agreed. "Take the doxies bellow to the galley. Set them to work. They won't need much feeding."

"We are not doxies!" Lexi exclaimed as two of the pirates 'escorted' her and Amy to the stairs that lead below-decks.

"Uh, Rory? Sky? A little help?!" Amy shouted as she and Lexi struggled against the pirates' grips.

"Get your hands off them!" Sky shouted angrily as he and Rory were being restrained by two other pirates.

"We didn't mean just tell them off. Thanks anyway." Lexi shouted over to them as she and Amy were forced below.
