An Artist in need of inspiration, goes to a famous art museum. He spends hours walking down its aisles, admiring the artworks of many artists, old and new, taking in the color and artistic skill. After many hours, he sits down in front of a rather spectacular painting of Marie Antoinette under the guillotine. He admires it for so long, that he falls asleep, and dreams of it. At the same time as he dreams the guillotines blade coming down on Marie's head, a night guard taps him on the shoulder. The tap provoked cardiac arrest and an immediate heart attack because he associated the tap with the guillotines blade.
Why did the judge dismiss the case, claiming that it was murder?
