A couple with two kids were on a bus tour, and after two stops, the bus stopped to refuel the tank. The couple decided to pick up some souvenirs to send to their friends back home, and left their kids in the car. They looked at postcards for quite a long time, but when the bus driver burst through the doors of the shop, he declared that they were now 25 minutes behind schedule. The couple and the driver hurried into the bus and they took off. They drove peacefully and quietly, until the bus driver said that they were reaching a muddy area and all passengers should fasten their seat belts. After ten minutes of careful driving, the bus got caught in a mudslide. Seven passengers were injured, including the couple, and two were killed, the couples kids.
At their funeral, the parents blamed themselves for their deaths multiple times.
