"Two cars were involved in an accident in town," the news anchor explained, holding the microphone close to his mouth, his face grim, "According to our witnesses, the two cars, a black and a green one, were driving along the N3, the black car overtook the black car. The green car, desperate to be in front of the black car, sped in front, passing it. The driver most likely did not see the traffic light change colour, for he slammed his foot on the brake suddenly. The black car had to swerve out of the way to avoid being hit and then collided with a shop window. The green car hosted four people, all of which are unhurt, and the black car hosted two. The police officers examined the black car and found one alive and one dead. No one is being charged with manslaughter."
Why is no one guilty of killing the dead man?
