Morgan and his three friends, Emily, Mitchell and Angelique had the week off and decided to spend this well-deserved break on a trip to the nearby lake.
When they arrived at the lake, they were all sweaty and clammy from the drive, so they quickly got changed into their swimming gear. All of them were good swimmers so they decided to leave the life jackets at home.
They got into Morgan's uncle's boat and drove it to the middle of the lake. They all dived into the lake without a moment's hesitation.
Later that day, a passer-by found four corpses floating in the lake. After the police came and dragged the bodies out of the lake, they were identified as Morgan, Emily, Mitchell and Angelique.
Why did they drown?
