The architect who built Kim's house was an idiot.
The Basement lights could only be switched on by a switch which was in the attic. However, the switch which would turn the basement light on is one of three light switches at the top, which are not labelled. Kim has to figure out which of the light switches, switches the basement light on. But she only has one trip, and one cannot see if the light is on from the attic.
What should Kim do?
