Joshua needed anger management. That is what all his therapists tried to help him with, only unsuccessfully. They feared for his life for when he was mad; he would flirt with death quite often.
But one day he had gotten angry over the wrong order at a restaurant. He got up from his table and went to the washroom in a raging fit. There, he took out his gun and shot himself in the head. The restaurant staff were alarmed by the shot and immediately fled to the washroom to see what had happened.
There they found Joshua alive.
Both the gun and bullets were real.
