Drunk ~Xiumin

The music was vibrating through the club; you could see your friend dancing with a tall handsome stranger and smiled. At least she was having fun. The bartender strolled over to you again, but just like the other times you shook your head and that’s when he entered. His light pink hair styled up fashionably, a white button up over black jeans. He took your breath away.

He entered the club and immediately noticed the girl sitting at the bar; she was alone. Her black hair fell down her back in loose curls and her pale skin was slightly freckled. She was wearing a floaty short, red dress that hugged her waist and a pair of black heels. She took his breath away.

When you saw him look at you, you blushed and turned away immediately, the bartender stood in front of you and you ordered a shot. After a few shots you vision turned slightly blurry. You held your head. When you lifted yourself back up, he was standing there in front of you.

“Hi I’m Xiumin.” He introduced himself, you smiled and leaned forwards.

“I’m Cathie.” You murmured; his eyes widened slightly. He really was adorable.

“I’m Cathie.” She murmured; her face very close to his. He could smell the alcohol in her breath but also the intoxicatingly sweet smell of her perfume. She smiled and he had to admit that even drunk, she had an amazing smile. Suddenly she grabbed the back of his neck and pressed her lips to his. Before he could think better of it, he was kissing her back. His hand already in her dark curls; her slight moan brought him back to reality though. He pulled back and she pouted prettily.

“Xiumiiin—“, she moaned; he was surprised she could remember his name.

“Come on, you’re drunk. Are you here with someone?” she still had her arms round his neck and her fingers were spreading through his hair. He felt a shiver go down his spine and he had to close his eyes for a second; when he opened them again, she was smirking at him.

“Hm—yea, but my friend is dancing with a really tall guy.” She drawled and he looked around, but couldn’t find ‘a really tall guy’ anywhere.

“Listen. I’m going to get you out of here; who knows what will happen if you stay here.” He grumbled.

“Don’t grumble, it doesn’t suit you, smile for me baozi!” She laughed and tried to pull the corners of his mouth into a smile; he laughed. She really was adorable.

He put his arm around your waist and walked towards the exit; you weren’t paying attention to where you were going. You were staring at him. His face really did look like a steamed bun only cuter and waaayy more handsome. He was frowning though, so without thinking you reached up and followed the creased lines on his forehead with your fingers. He stopped and looked down at you.

“What? You were frowning again.” You stated and he laughed. You took his laughter in like oxygen; it was glorious. His whole face lit up and you couldn’t help but stare. He was beautiful.

 

She was walking beside him, slightly unsteady until they finally reached his car. He helped her into the passenger seat and then walked round the car and dropped into his. She was leaning back against the head rest, her head lolled to the side so that she was looking at him.

“Why are you helping me?” She whispered about five minutes into the drive. He sent a quick glance her way.

“I don’t know—I have this feeling that I should protect you.” He laughed, she stared at him. He reached over and took her hand in his, resting their linked hands in her lap. When he pulled into his drive way and looked at her again, she was fast asleep. He smiled as he got out of the car, walked around to her side and picked her up bridal style. She didn’t even make a noise as he set her down in his bed, taking off her shoes and tucking her in. He looked down at her. She was beautiful.
