I can not believe Sturridge, our Daniel Sturridge is now on loan playing for West Brom! WTF is that? I know he's injured all the time and he doesn't really fit anymore but he is so much better than that even if it's mostly just 13/14 memories. It's kinda funny that it's following this season's calendar stars Coutinho, Sturridge, Can's next...

If you think we've been bad recently you should see how Arsenal just lost to Swansea!

MotM- Emre Can

(Scored a goal, earnt a penalty, his power and positivity was an asset, he needs to work on his signature writing though)

Are we sure that was Huddersfield we just played? They were like us but on the cheap, with the fans fully bought into supporting them and all that. These weren't any of that. They just thought they'd let us have the ball most of the match and thought they'd just try containing us but that clearly didn't work. This wasn't the exciting match I thought it was gonna be.

Dad's problem was with Matip and Henderson today. Apparently Matip looks like his legs are too long for him and he prefers Klavan. Hendo can do nothing right, poor lad, apparently I could do the footballing job he does. Also (which I agree on this one) STOP passing behind people. Why are you, especially when you're doing gentle back/ sideways passes at the back, passing behind the player so he has to awkwardly run back?!

I was getting jokingly mad at the keeper again for being able to catch the ball. Apparently he held the ball for 13 seconds one time, I judged dad for counting, as long as you don't take the piss *cough* Mignolet 26 seconds I don't mind much.

Can released a strike, it deflected a bit and went right past the keeper. Great goal. It was the kind of thing dad had wished Henderson would do moments ago and made me think of Gerrard. Great strike, great goal outta nowhere. Sign your contract or Dad's gonna take over the club and stick you in the reserves.

Firmino got out in front of everyone and proved the tight angle to be no problem. Slipped the goal right past the keeper.

Dad said he was gonna sit and watch until Liverpool scored 3 (he needed to leave for work) even if he had to watch for 500 minutes. He left at his usual time and Mane came so close to making it three probably before he was off the drive. That would've been hilarious.

Mane had another go and then Salah. Three times you could've hit three since Dad left!

I felt bad for Huddersfield even though they did legit concede a penalty because it was so soon after their shout that could kill the game. Going by our recent I wasn't confident this was where 3 was coming from, especially when Salah stepped up. While it was zoomed into his face I begged him to prove my feelings wrong. He did. Really fooled the keeper this time.

I really wanted Milner to take it. He seemed to be having a bit of fun getting stuck in, being he's a Leeds lad, enemy of Huddersfield.

Huddersfield seemed to start trying at this point and got into some quite scary moves when we could've done with pushing on for four to get above Chelsea on goals. I did think they were gonna bring one back but we kept a clean sheet and everything! I hope they manage to stay up.

I get to read lots of Liverpool Echo happiness tomorrow, yay!

Next up Spurs, at home Sunday 4th February 16:30

We're five points above them right now, let's keep that gap wide open.
