Chapter 11

Percy/Luke's POV

I felt something wet on my face, making me jump up.
I notice my surroundings to see I'm in the Olympian throne room and Kristy was the one who soaked me in sea water.
"Kristy!" I whined.
She willed the water off of me.
"You were dead asleep" she stated.
"I haven't slept in a while" I answered sassily, which was true.
Nyx only just cured me from my nightmares which was cursed on me by Kronos.
Even though the night allows me to stay awake and not feel tried thanks to Nyx I like my sleep.
It's a place I can go to to escape the demigod world.
"Why wake me up?" I asked, yawning.
"You don't dream like mortals do" I heard Zeus say.
I face the gods.
"I had curse of demigod dreams until Nyx got pity on me and cured it" I answered.
"The enemy?" Jason asked.
I stood up groggily.
"Wow, I haven't felt like this in a while" I stated.
"Are you even listening mortal?" Poseidon asked.

"Sorry what?" I asked and I lent on Kirsty "I'm groggy and not fully awake yet"
"What did Nyx do to you?" Adrien asked.
I noticed he was standing a little too close to Luna, almost making me growl.
If I wasnt sleepy I would kill him.
I shrugged.
"Memory wiped" I answered.
"He's telling the truth" Apollo answered.
He winked at me, leaving me confused.
'I've got your back but I need an explanation' I heard him say in my head.
"So what have you been doing?" Hera asked.
"Writing songs" I answered "I-"

I suddenly felt pain in my stomach, making me close my eyes in pain and groan.
"Luke?" Kristy asked.
"Crap" I muttered "What day is it?"
Everyone was silent.
"August 18th" Annabeth whispered "It would be Percy's 23rd"
Wait...what did Nyx say about my 23rd birthday.
"Kristy, get me out of here now" I hissed as the pain got worse.
"What's going on?" Zeus demanded.
"Apollo" Athena stated.
"Got-"
And Kristy vapour travelled me away.

I opened my eyes to see myself in a dark forest...camp halfblood forest.
The dark helped to calm me down a bit.
"What's going on?" Kristy asked.
"I don't...know" I said between my teeth.
"I know" Apollo stated "Has Nyx blessed you?"
I widen my eyes.
I know what it is.
"She has but that was a while a go" I said truthfully "Maybe its taken a-"
I held a scream as I fell to the ground in pain.
Why now?
"Fuckin' hell" I muttered.
'Act like I cursed you' I heard Nyx said as I started to black out 'Like you have outburst of anger'
I growled as I started to feel numb.
"Luke, stay with us!" Apollo stated "A demigod body like yours wouldn't handle blessings from a primordial well"
I widen my eyes.
"Yes, I know it's you Percy, the gods are blind" Apollo stated as the pain started to fade "I also know it is more than what you're saying in which I understand why you're not saying anything"
"What-"
"Not now Kristy" I said though my teeth as the pain faded "Wow, that's better"
"Kristy, look away or vapour travel to the gods saying I'm healing him" Apollo said.
"But-"
"Please" I said, feeling slightly dizzy.
"Wait, your eyes-"
"Please"
She sighed but I heard her leave.
"Now this is going to hurt, I hope you know that; that wasn't even the beginning"

~1 hour later~

"LUKE?"
"OH MY GODS, IS HE OK?"
"He is fine, he's conscious" I heard Apollo say "Just don't make him angry, Nyx has done something to him and I think it might effect the way he acts"
Thank you Apollo for sticking to the plan.
'You're welcome cuz'
I groaned, making it his cue to go over me.
I opened my eyes to see him looking slightly worried.
'Your eyes are a different colour'
Well how am I meant cover that up?
'Done' I heard Nyx say.
'All good' I heard apollo say.
"Ow" I said "What-"
"Stay down, something's wrong" Apollo said as I started to sit up.
"But I want to sit up!" I snapped at him.
He sighed.
"Control your anger" Apollo said "Calm down, take a deep breath"
I took a deep breath.
"Yep, got it" I said "Can I please get up though?"
"Sure" Apollo asked, moving out the way.
I noticed everyone looking at me.
"Do we know what she did?" Artemis asked.
Apollo shook his head.
"I don't know...just try not to make him angry for now" Apollo said, helping me up.
I was immediately hugged by my band, excluding Luna.
"Dude, you scared us!" Jake said.
"Don't do that again!" Dylan stated.
I chuckled.
"I'll try" I answered "Can't promise anything"
"LUKE"
My band let go of me to reveal a human from Poseidon.
I narrowed my eyes and crossed my arms.
"Are you here to say 'sorry' or?" I asked.
"I'll still determined that you're somehow related to me" Poseidon stated "But I shouldn't have done that to you"
"And?" I asked.
Poseidon sighed.
"I'm deeply sorry" he exclaimed "Would you forgive me?"
I rolled my eyes.
"Maybe, probably not" I stated.
Zeus narrowed his eyes.
"What?" I asked.
"Your eyes are purple" Kristy said, "They're creepy"
I smirked.
I looked down and noticed a slightly dark purple shadow near me.
Nyx is near in shadow form.
"How are we going to get rid of Nyx?" I asked.
"If you get rid of your eyes you traitor then-"
"He can't control it father" Apollo said, interrupting Zeus "Nyx instead of saving him, cursed him"
"But what troubles me is what's so special about Luke, a boy?" Artemis asked.
Um maybe because I was Percy Jackson.
"I have no idea milady" I answered "I'm not special at all, I've only gotten to where I am from pure luck and-"
"Don't say that!" Dylan said "You have talent!"
I rolled my eyes.
I know I'm average but not talented like Taylor Swift or Shawn Mendes.
"Yeah, yeah" I muttered.
"Did you see the son of Poseidon while you were-"
"Disowned son of Poseidon" I snarled, making most people jump "Yep, definitely remember him"
"In a bad way?" Athena asked, clearly confused.
"He was helping a demigod and then left; we did have a conversation...he wasn't particularly happy with the other demigods trying to find him" I said.
"I think thats enough questions" Kirsty said before Zeus could yell "Can we go back to camp?"
"Sure" Zeus muttered as we got flashed off.

~that night~

I sat quietly on a log in the dark of the forest, taking in the silence.
Which there's hardly any in camp.
Non-stop all day Annabeth has been pestering me about saying that I'm a traitor to the gods and that I'm with Nyx.
"Hero?"
I turned around to see Nyx with a dark purple cloak on.
"Hey" I whispered as she sat down next to me.
"How are you?" She asked.
"People are non stop asking me questions" I said "It's annoying"
She chuckled.
"Some Demigods are like that" She said.
"I know" I said.
"So...it happened?" Nyx asked.
"Do...you know?" I asked.
She nodded.
"It's not safe to say here, there's someone near here; I sense them" Nyx said.
"Ok" I said, standing up.
When Nyx stood up, she tripped on her incredibly long cloak, making her fall onto me.
I was suddenly knocked onto the ground, with her on top of me.
The cloak hood was covering our faces so we were in darkness.
We both had a couple of seconds silence before laughing.
"Bye" I said as she disappeared.
I sat up.
She's so clumsy.
