Jungkook: well, my friend can be needy at times and I don't want to upset him.
Mingyu: oh come on, he'll be fine. He can't cling to you forever. Plus, it's just a few drinks, you won't be out for more than two hours

"What's your problem?" Jimin asked the panicked Jungkook as he handed him a bottle of water.
"Nothing..I'm just um....sore?" Jungkook obviously did not want to worry his boyfriend, that he for some reason referred to as just his friend. He figured he would just ease it into conversation.
"Hey chimchim.."
"What's up kook?"
"So you know how we like...came up with plans for Friday but we didn't decide anything?"
"Right! About that, how about we go out to eat or get drinks or something?"
"Heh...actually, an old friend of mine wanted to go get drinks that night...just the two of us." Jimin, hearing what sounded like rejection just sort of made a sad face which stressed Jungkook out "BUT!! we can spend the entire day and I promise I won't be out for more than two hours!"
"That's fine, I'll just hangout with my brother or something...I'm gonna head home for today since we danced for about 3 hours. Bye kookie!"
"Bye mochi..."
Jungkook watched as the elder left disheartened from canceling plans. However, he almost felt bad for lying and saying that Mingyu was an old friend.
