I am a demi human. Well more specifically a demi angel. I had bright F/C wings that sprouted from my back. I used to be a slave until I was sold by my previous owner to Malty Melromarc, or better know to me as the bitch. I don't know why she bought me because she treats me like utter shit. 

"Y/N get in here!" I heard Malty call me as my hands shook 

I actually stated to fear Malty since she's started to get abusive over the past few months. I slowly inched into Malty's room as she sat there tapping her foot on the floor angrily,

"I don't have all day! I need you to hurry up and help me into my outfit for my date with Motoyasu!"

I nodded before heading to her closet although half way there she grabbed me by one of my wings, yanking me back.

"I thought I told you to use your damn words!" 

"Y-Yes m-ma'am. I'm s-sorry." I grit my teeth in pain before she kicked me in the back of the knee

I could tell she was smirking as she stood in front of me,

"This is where you should be. Kneeling at my feet."

I looked down before I answered her,

"C-Can I stand n-now m-mistress?" 

I swear her smirk got bigger,

"No. You still haven't had your beating yet." She cracked her knuckles 

My eyes widened right before she punched me in the stomach. I held in the blood that surged up in my mouth as I fell on my back. I held in tears as she started to kick me in the stomach. I tried my best to cover my stomach, but she only ended up bruising my arms. After what felt like centuries she finally stopped,

"Now help me put on my dress." She demanded as I weakly stood with blood dripping from my mouth and soaking the carpet. My eyes looked at Malty with fear as her eyes landed on the blood on the floor, "GET OUT!" She seethed before taking a step towards me unsheathing her sword, "You're staining my carpet you piece of shit! Get out before you ruin anything else you can't pay for!" 

I tried as fast as I could to get out of the room. Luckily she didn't chased after me and I struggled to get back to my room. When I finally got to my room I started to cough up blood. I quickly grabbed a cloth and ran to my small water bucket in the corner. After a couple of seconds it finally stopped. I washed my mouth out before wrapping my abdomen in bandages. I had some healing magic, but it wasn't anything big. I looked out my small window thinking about leaving. I mean the window is small enough for me to slip through but once I get out there I don't know how to survive. I don't have any weapons and-wait I could find the shield hero! I'm sure he would help me! I quickly gathered the small quantity of belongings I had and flew out of the window.

Malty POV

Another useless date with Motoyasu over and done with. I made my way towards Y/N's room. Whenever I'm around her I get this feeling in my chest. I don't know what it is but I've never felt it with anyone before her. I don't know if it's her gorgeous E/C eyes, or her silky H/C hair. I shook my head, I can't be-I can't be in love with a demi human! After a few minutes of thought it finally hit me! I was in love with Y/N! How could I not see this?! Although my heart hurt once the memories of me hitting her came to mind. I should better go and try to apologize to her before it's too late. I sighed before making my way to Y/N's room. I reached the small wooden door before knocking on it,
