Once again, I sat in this SUV with my Louis Vuitton weekend bags but the worse part is my father and Roman requested and now must stay at his pack until the end of Sunday.
Cole, Zelda, and Frank decided to join me in this pity party; there was no way I can leave Zelda home without me for three days. She would freak out without with my support. I take a deep breath as am now back at the same position I was at a days ago.
Cole got out of the SUV first, and waited for my command. He stood by my door waiting as I nervously sat facing out window staring at oak trees as Aleka paced in my mind. I hadn't let Cole touch me in almost two days which has made him very irritable. I sensed his wolf pacing out of confusion as he tried to hide it with his pride.
Letting go of breath I was holding in trying to convince myself, 'it's time face the music.' "Ready." I mind link Cole as he opened my door letting the sun hitting directing on my face. I stepped out in my best respectable lady like posture as I mentally roll my eyes. My wolf lets go of small vibrating growl while I ignore her pleads
Cole extends his arm to let me down from the SUV while Frank holds Zelda close to his chest. My Zelda is close to thirteen but is extremely small for her age and this is a new adventure for her. She and her wolf needed a lot of reassurance and kindness from people who care about her.
As I stepped down with my overly expensive attire, I spot a family standing ten feet away they're the perfect postcard family. An older man with grey hair proudly stood over six feet tall with denim work overalls and a wolf logo by his name 'Oliver.' A petite woman stood has his hand rested in her shoulder, with biggest warmest smile on her face I assume is his wife. Her face radial off beauty and warmth, her long waving copper hair lose over her shoulders showing off her soft round cheeks. Her blue eyes gave a hint of sparkle as happiness glow off her face.
Right behind them is Roman, he is bigger than his father and stack of pure muscle and of course, he showed no smile as his carried a little girl in his arms. My wolf scream for her mate but she wonder if she was his pup. I mentally roll my eyes at her need for him.
Cole still has his arm wrapped around my own as while we walked closer almost making it seem like his my date while his other hand held an umbrella to block the sun from my face.
Mental rolling my eyes at this family primitive ways, I can't help to notice my glasses cost more then all of their outfits put together. And as I get closer to a picture-perfect family I extend my hand out to an older man.
"Alpha, thank you for opening your home to us once again."
He nods yes and begins to introduce me to his family.
"This here is Luna Kay."
As soon as he introduces she extends her arms to hug me tightly as my arms nervously extended outwards. I'm not used to physical affection there's only one person I hug, that's my Zelda.
