Chapter 4

Derek: "Karev" he nods at the man as him and Sky walk along the halls "Dr. Grey, I am clipping a basilar tip aneurysm. Any interest?" he asks as Addison walks down the hall and it becomes awkward when her and Derek make eye contact 

Addison: "Dr. Bailey, can I get... Oh, my God." she says as they all turn to see Mark with Richard shaking people's hands

Derek: "Oh, my God."

Meredith: "Oh, my God." she moans out in pain as she becomes more nauseous

George: "Is that?"

Cristina: "McSteamy." she says as Meredith bends over and throws up on the ground and Sky moves behind her to hold her hair back

Bailey: "What?"

George: "No, Mr. Sullivan, don't light that!" he yells out as the man lights a cigarette and because of the oxygen attached to him a fire erupts on his face

Sky: "Get a fire extinguisher!" she says as they run into his room 

Bailey: "Call a code red!"

Mark: "Make sure he has an airway. Sir, can you hear me? Sir!" he says after they've put the fire out on Mr. Sullivan

Sky: "No, he's out. Hit his head. Small hematoma in the occipital region."

Mark: "Get him to the burn unit until he's stabilized and get a CT" he says to Bailey and watches as she doesn't move instantly "Go!"

Bailey: "Right away, doctor. Come on." she says to the nurses as Sky rolls her eyes at him before walking away

Derek: "You're burning up." he says walking alongside Meredith as Cristina hands her a cup of water

Meredith: "I'm fine."

Derek: "You don't look fine. You look beautiful, but you don't look fine." he says making Sky scoff at him

Cristina: "Now I'm going to throw up."

Meredith: "Go. You have aneurysms to clip. And surgeons to confront." she says when Richard and Mark walk past them

Derek: "You gonna be alright?"

Meredith: "Yeah. I'm fine."

Derek: "Look after her, please."

Cristina: "Mm-hmm. You think I'd miss this?"

Derek: "You want in on this?" she asks looking at Sky who shakes her head

Sky: "All yours." she says sitting at the nurses desk as herself along with Cristina, Meredith, and George listen in on the conversations between Richard and Derek and Mark and Addison

Richard: "What idiot lights a cigarette in a hospital?"

Derek: "Apparently, people do idiotic things all the time" he says standing next to Richard while glaring at Mark making Richard him sigh out before walking up the stairs as Derek follows "Chief! Chief!"

Addison: "I thought you were going back to New York."

Mark: "I thought it was time for a change."

Addison: "You can't do this. You can't be here."

Mark: "Sure, I can. It was easy. I sublet the apartment, sold the practice."

Derek: "He is a liar and a cheat." he says as they stand at the top of stairs

Richard: "He's one of the finest plastic surgeons. He'll generate twice the revenue neurosurgery does."

Derek: "Money? That's why he's here?"

Mark: "Why do you think I'm here?"
