Sky: "Hey Richard. Got your page. What happened?" she walks over to where he's standing as Izzie tells the interns about the game she's having them play

Richard: "Addison's brother was admitted last night with parasites in his brain."

Sky: "Archer's got neurocysticercosis?"

Richard: "See? That's what I'm talking about" he calls out to the interns as they walk away "I know you and Addison's relationship still may be rocky but I know how you feel about Archer so I thought you should get the option of being there for them."

Sky: "Yeah no problem."

Richard: "Great. I'll have Hunt take over your cases for the day. Derek's in there with him."

Sky: "Okay." she goes down to Archer's room

Bailey: "I cleared my schedule." she comes over to where Addison's standing outside her brother's room as they watch Derek check on him

Addison: "Oh, you didn't have to do that. I'm...I'm fine."

Bailey: "Your brother has parasites in his brain. I cleared my schedule. You cut your hair."

Addison: "Oh, yeah."

Bailey: "I like it. Uh, Dr. Miranda Bailey."

Addison: "Oh, I'm sorry. Um, Miranda, Naomi. Naomi, Miranda. Naomi's our fertility, uh, specialist down at Oceanside Wellness and one of my oldest friends."

Naomi: "It's nice to meet you, Miranda."

Sky: "Hey. I heard. How are you doing?" she comes over and gives Addison a hug

Addison: "Hanging in there."

Sky: "Naomi."

Naomi: "Sky. Good to see you again." they hug before Sky motions to the room

Sky: "How is he?"

Addison: "Oh, I don't know." she says as Derek comes out the room

Derek: "He's groggy, his eyes are open, but I don't think he's awake because he hasn't tried to kill me. Her brother hates me." he clarifies for Bailey 

Addison: "People pick sides in a divorce, Derek."

Derek: "He picked sides in the marriage. He first seized during sex with his girlfriend. I wonder why she's not here." he looks through a chart 

Naomi: "Oh, she is."

Sky: "Naomi?" she looks at her surprised along with Derek 

Addison: "I'm going in there." she goes into Archer's room as Bailey follows her 

Derek: "You and Archer?"

Naomi: "No. Uh, well, yeah. I mean, I don't...I don't know. Yeah, I don't know. I don't know what we are."

Derek: "How's Sam?"

Naomi: "Sam's good. And, uh, how's, um...Meredith...is that her name?"

Derek: "She's good."

Naomi: "Good."

Derek: "Yeah."

Naomi: "Well, look at us. We're standing here making polite conversation about your girlfriend. You two are divorced, me and Sam are divorced, Sky and Mark are divorced, and I'm with Archer, sort of" she says as Sky gives her an awkward smile "What the hell happened? I mean, you...you wrote Addison a song, Derek."

Derek: "Can we just forget about the song? Enough about the song."

Sky: "Oh my God you did write a song for her. A love song...and you sang it to her at the wedding." she chuckles
