Fresh from a divorce from Plastic Surgeon Mark Sloan, Sky Rivers finds a new start at Seattle Grace Memorial Hospital. But the past eventually catches up.

Sky: "How are things with you and Callie?" she asks Arizona as they walk along the halls
Arizona: "Good. At least I think they're good. We haven't talked about it...or anything really" she sighs and Sky hums "What about you and Mark?"
Sky: "What do you mean me and Mark?"
Arizona: "Have the two of you talked after his whole "we could be more" speech?"
Sky: "Uh no. Not yet. To be honest I've kind of been avoiding him. I don't know what to say to him."
Arizona: "What do you want to say to him?" she asks as Sky thinks and their pagers go off "To be continued."

Nurse: "Hello." she answers the desk phone
Sky: "Can you page Dr. Bailey for me and tell her I need a consult?" she asks as the nurse at the desk who's on the phone
Nurse: "We're on lockdown."
Sky: "What? Why?" she asks as the woman shrugs her shoulders "Well, it's a joke, right? It's a drill or something? Okay" she asks as her pager beeps and she looks at it "It's no joke. Everyone. Everyone" she calls the doctors near her "We're sealing the floor. I don't know why, and it doesn't matter why. You check on your own patients, and then you come back and check and see if there's any others. We don't have a lot of hands on deck. And please, don't alarm your patients. We don't know what's going on and we don't want to worry them."

Man: "Excuse me. Do you know where Chief Shepherd's office is?" Sky hears and she turns to find a man standing there
Sky: "Uh...I'm sorry sir. No ones allowed to leave the area. Were on lockdown. It's hust protical."
Man: "I need to speak to the chief."
Sky: "Is it important? Maybe I can help you?"
Man: "Are you a surgeon?" he asks making her eyebrows furrow
Sky: "I'm sorry?"
Man: "Are you a surgeon?" he asks holding a gun up to her head making her eyes widen and her body freezes

Sky: "Um...um...wh-what?"
Man: "Are you a surgeon?" he asks as her breathing fastens
Sky: "I-I-I..."
Man: "Huh? Are you!?" he yells out and clocks the gun
Security: "Hey." he calls drawing the man's attention to him which allows Sky to drop and hide behind the desk. She hears a gunshot go off and she jumps while covering her mouth. She fastly crawls into a meeting room and quietly closes the door. When it's shut she leans against it pulls her knees to her chest as her body shakes and tears stream down her eyes
