Fresh from a divorce from Plastic Surgeon Mark Sloan, Sky Rivers finds a new start at Seattle Grace Memorial Hospital. But the past eventually catches up.

Mark: "Why did you have to stay in Meredith's attic? How am I supposed to sneak out of here with that frat party going on downstairs? Don't those kids ever sleep?" he asks while peeking out the door and hearing the noise downstairs
Sky: "They're cleaning the house for Mama Shepherd." she says making him qucikly shut the door and look at her with wide eys
Mark: "Mrs. Shepherd's coming? To Seattle?"
Sky: "So?"
Mark: "So that woman practically raised me, raised us. Taught me right from wrong. Do you know the words she said to me when she found out what happened? She cussed me out without cussing me out" he says making her chuckle at him "If she found out we were together again she would..."
Sky: "She would...what?" she raises her eyebrows in question
Mark: "I have no idea but it would not be pleasant."
Sky: "Okay, whatever you say. But if you don't want Derek to catch you, you should probably leave now." she hands him his shirt for him to put back on

Mark: "You enjoy taking pleasure in my pain don't you?"
Sky: "It's quite fun." she chuckles as he shakes his head at her before giving her a kiss and goes out the door ➿ Meredith: "Well, Izzie can't fix a feeling."
Izzie: "She is freaking out, people. Just tell her something I can fix."
Alex: "Rebecca peed on that couch cushion."
Sadie: "I've been sleeping there for weeks."
Meredith: "Thanks, Alex. You're...a good friend."
Alex: "You're welcome. Keep drinking." Mark hears as he goes down the stairs and out the door. He quitely closes the door and turns around to find Derek walking up to him
Derek: "Mark."
Mark: "Hey, there you are. Want to get a drink?"
Derek: "It's 4 in the morning."
Mark: "Yeah you're right. I probably, uh, shoulda called first. Hey, I hear your mom's coming into town. Good times." he gives him a thumbs up before hurrying away as Derek watches him in question

Callie: "What's the problem?"
Chuck: "I have a little infection from a little surgery I had done."
Gary: "Yeah, in Hong Kong. My crazy-ass brother went and got crazy-ass elective surgery in hong kong. Who does that?"
Chuck: "Short people. Desperate short people. I had my legs lengthened."
Sky: "Lengthened?" she asked confused
Chuck: "I couldn't find a surgeon who would do it here."
