Fresh from a divorce from Plastic Surgeon Mark Sloan, Sky Rivers finds a new start at Seattle Grace Memorial Hospital. But the past eventually catches up.

OB: "And there...is your little one." she pulls the image of the baby on the screen
Sky: "Still as cute as ever." she gushes over the image
OB: "Still don't wanna know the sex?"
Sky: "Nope. Just want to know the important question."
OB: "Everything looks great. Healthy size, strong heartbeat. We're on the right track." she wipes the gel off her stomach and Sky lowers her srcub top
Sky: "Good." she sighs in relief
OB: "You staying off your feet?"
Sky: "Unfortunately."
OB: "Well we're almost there. Before you know it you'll be so wrapped up in your little one that you're not gonna wanna come back to work."
Sky: "Can't wait." she smiles at her
OB: "And here you go. I'll see you in a few weeks."
Sky: "Thank you" she smiles at her and watches as the doctor walks out the room before looking down at the pictures in her hand "You're daddy's gonna mad he missed this." she talks out loud while rubbing her stomach

Sky: "Hey." she smiles at Mark when she walks over to where he's standing with Callie
Mark: "Hey. I am so sorry I missed our appointment. I got pulled in an emergency surgery."
Sky: "I know. You told me...twenty times" she chuckles a little "It's ok. I get it."
Callie: "Everything's good right?"
Sky: "Yeah. Oh and..." she hands the pictures to Mark so he can see for the first time a more clearer picture of the baby

Mark: "Oh, my God. Would you look at that?" he breathes out while looking at the picture "That's the Sloan nose. Can you...can you see it? Can you see it? It's my dad's. It's got my dad's nose. That's the Sloan nose." he holds the picture up next to his face and looks at the two women who smile at him
