Chapter 20

Sky: "Knock, knock." she comes into for where Sloan is sleeping and Mark is holding her baby

Mark: "Hey." he whispers coming out the room to speak to her

Sky: "Heard what happened. Just wanted to see how they're doing."

Mark: "Well Sloan's sleeping and little guy's okay." he moves so she can see the baby in his arms

Sky: "Aw he's so cute" she smiles at the baby who looks up at her "Hi." she wiggles her finger at him

Mark: "Yeah he is." she looks up to see him staring at the baby and she smiles lightly at the sight and her pager goes off

Sky: "I gotta go...but uh congratulations."

Mark: "Thank you." he smiles at her and she gives him another smile before walking away

April: "It was a fishing boat accident and two patients...one with a head lac and abdominal pain, the other, they said something about a fish hook being stuck somewhere." she informs Derek and Sky as they head up to the helipad with Meredith and Jackson

Derek: "Why would they send a chopper for a guy with a fish hook?"

April: "Uh, I'm pretty sure they said fish hook, chief Shepherd."

Derek: "Okay." they get out the elevator and rush over to where Bailey is at

Sky: "What do we got?"

Bailey: "Uh, I've got the son...head laceration and crush injuries. The dad's right behind. Let's go."

Derek: "Okay."

Paramedic: "50-year-old male, penetrating trauma to the chest. Hypotensive in the field, gotten 2 liters of LR en route." Derek pulls the blanket back and they see a hook stuck in his chest 

April: "Oh! Big hook!"

Jackson, Meredith and Derek and Sky: "Big hook!"

Sky: "Okay, hold it steady. Grey, get in there."

Teddy: "What do we have? Oh, my God."

Owen: "Here we go." he cuts the handle off of the hook 

Meredith: "Fishing boat accident. Something fell on him."

Teddy: "And the hook?"

Derek: "Looks like he fell on it."

Owen: "Pressure's at 68 systolic."

Teddy: "Tracheal deviation and absent breath sounds. Get me a 14-gauge needle."

Jackson: "Right behind you."

Doug: "Dad. What are you doing to him?"

Sky: "Grey, get him outta here."

Lexie: "I'm trying. Doug, please."

Man: "Go on, son. I'm all right. Oh, god. What is that? What the hell is that?"

Doug: "Dad, I-I don't know what happened. I had the rope in my hand one minute, and..."

Alex: "Doug, Doug, come on."

Doug: "No, I did this. I...I'm sorry. Dad, I'm so sorry."

Lexie: "It's...it's okay. It's not your fault."

Man: "Of course it's his fault! I was thrown on top of this shark hook because he let go of the rope. Who the hell's fault is it?" he grits out and Lexie and Alex lead Doug out the room
