Virgil shot up in bed, screaming and sweating. He tried to breath but couldn't stop crying.

"Virgil? Are you ok?!" Patton asked, running in. Virgil shook violently and continued crying. Patton hugged him and let him cry. Three weeks before, Roman had died.

They hadn't even realized he was sad. Until the house house was woken by Virgils scream.

~flashback~

Virgil woke up, not feeling Roman beside him. He rolled out of bed and went to the bathroom. The door was shut, so he knocked. No answer. He opened the door.

Blood.

Blood covered the floor.

"Patton! Logan!" Virgil screamed, falling to his knees. He clapped his hands over his mouth, seeing his boyfriends limp body. Patton and Logan ran in a moment later. Virgil hugged Roman, trying to feel a pulse or heartbeat.
"Please don't leave me, please, I'm sorry," Virgil begged. "Please, Ro, please!"

~end of flashback~

"Virgil, it's ok," Patton whispered as he held Virgil. "It was just a nightmare,"

"H-he's gone, and I didn't get to say how much I loved him," Virgil sobbed. "I know, baby, I know," Patton said as he kept holding Virgil close. "I'm sorry,"

"I miss him, I miss him so much," Virgil said as he cried. "I miss cuddling him and hugging him,"

I'm sorry love...
I miss you too

I love writing angst, but this made me kinda sad. I almost started crying
