Peter Parker & The Avengers one shots

Tony, who's he?

It was like any other simple Friday afternoon.

Peter had left school early since they would finish earlier on a Friday. 

Since it was quite quiet on the streets of Queens, Peter decided to head back down the same ally he saw every single day, he'd been outside for a couple of hours, once he got changed back into his normal clothes, he walked towards the train station, catching a train which dropped him off just 4 minuets from the Avengers Compound. 

It had been a while since the whole Civil War between the Avengers, and the rouges had recently come back since the whole Vulture ordeal. Even though it was Peter who was on the front line when dealing with Vulture face to face. 

They had finally come to an agreement which allowed them to be able to protect the earth but if they found it better to take control, they'd take it. Governments opinion or not.

As Peter walked into the compound, he greeted Happy saying hello to which he gave a small grumble like always but Peter always saw passed the whole facade.

"Afternoon to you to" Peter smiled before Friday scanned him through

Peter continued on his way towards the lift before Friday took him up to the top level.

"Thanks Fri- Oh hey, do you know where I left the files on-"

"They're on the kitchen counter in the lounge Peter"

"Thanks Friday"

"Your welcome Peter but I should warn you-"

Before she could finish her sentence Peter's senses blared out to him, his right hand shot up towards his head catching a metal kitchen knife.

"Friday, why didn't you warn me-"

"I tried" She defeated 

Peter lowered the knife down, keeping hold of it's black handle. 

His heart rate came back down as did his senses, he allowed himself to look around and that was when he saw, not only Captain America but The Falcon, Winter Solider, Scarlet Witch, Black Widow and Hawkeye.

"Who are you?" Steve asked him

"Peter Parker" Peter said slowly but firmly, "Where's Mr Stark?"

"We ask the questions round here" Sam spoke sternly 

"Why are you here? And how did you get passed FRIDAY's security?" Bucky asked

"To work and, with my pass"

"Okay, next question - how did you catch that knife?" Natasha asked him

"With my hand, how else?"

Peter walked forward and up towards the kitchen island placing the knife down before walking further into the kitchen towards the file, as he was about to pick it up the same knife he had just placed down hit slab down in the middle of his page, luckily he'd only lifted the bottom left corner so it wasn't fully off the counter, or else he'd have a knife shaped hole in his page

"You know that's impolite" Peter said looking towards the knife, already knowing who threw it

"So is your snarky comment"

Peter spun round on his heel, leaning against the kitchen counter, he looked back towards the knife pulling it out of his paper and placing it back down on the counter. He crossed his arms before giving a sigh.

"Why does he remind me of Stark?" Sam mumbled to Bucky

"I don't know, but it's creeping me out" Bucky told him

"Who are you kid?" Clint asked him

"Peter Parker, like I told you, what do you guys not understand?" Peter gave a small laugh as if to say 'This is unbelievable'

"What we don't understand is why a 14 year old kid is in the Avengers Compound" Steve stated

"I'm 16, but thanks" Peter smiled

"You've been in pain" Wanda stated as she looked towards Peter

"I'm sorry?"

"You've been hurt before, the way your standing, you hold close to your shoulder, same with your leg, your not adding pressure"

"You really are a Sherlock, aren't you? Who's Watson? Hhm, Maybe Katniss over here"

The look exchanged between Bucky and Sam caused them both to take a large step back

"Friday?"

"Yes Sam"

"Call Tony in here, ask him why there's an identical one of him"

Less than three minutes later, Tony rushed in

"What's going on?"

"Tony, who is he?" Steve asked pointing towards Peter who was still lent against the counter

"When did you get here?"

"About 15 minutes ago, oh also, you might want to get Bruce to check those two out over there" Peter told him, signalling towards Sam and Bucky

"Why?"

"Because I think I may have scared them"

"Your scared of a 16 year old kid?" Tony asked

"What? He's exactly like you" Sam protested

Tony just gave a small chuckle

"Why didn't you tell me they'd be here?" Peter asked him

"I thought you knew?"

"Oh I did, I just didn't expect them to be...here, in this exact room"

"Why not?"

"Well having a knife thrown at your head as soon as you walk through the door on a Friday isn't exactly what you want to be seeing"

"You threw a knife at him!?" Tony raised him voice turning to Natasha

"How did you know it was me?"

He then gave her a look which read, "Really?"

"Okay fine" she replied, "But in my defense, none of us actually know him"

Peter made an action that portrayed a dagger getting thrown to his chest, 

"Oh I'm hurt, I'd really hoped you'd remember me" Peter faked before he gave a small smirk

Steve turned towards Peter before looking towards Tony for an answer, "Tony?"

"It's up to the kid"

They all turned to look towards Peter who gave a small smirk/smile

That was when Wanda gave a gasp, "Oh my god"

"And Sherlock gets it first hand ladies and gentlemen!" Peter cheered as he pushed himself from the counter to walk forward

"What?"

"I'd thought you'd be smarter than this" Peter sighed, "I'm Spider-Man" Peter smiled

That was when everyone's face dropped other than Tony's who just smiled.

Peter walked over and picked up his file from the counter.

"You brought a kid to Germany!?" Natasha started

"Tony, He would have been 15, He could have been put in danger! I dropped an airport terminal on him!"

"He caught my arm"

"He webbed me up"

As they all argued, Peter just smiled before hopping down from the small level which the kitchen was on before patting Steve on the shoulder which everyone went silent to

"You guys can stop arguing, we don't need another Civil War on our hands"

With that, everyone just watched as Peter left the room, Tony smiled proudly.

"I-I think I need to see Bruce"

"Me too" Bucky said as he raised his hand.
