Medley had a lot happening through the summer: hiring a nanny for Delilah, getting into Mist State College Lima, Ohio, moving away from her mom's house into a small apartment.
Today was her first day at Mist, she walked through the doors and the first thing she noticed was how professional all the students looked.
She had taken a music program, she thought that would be the best for her.
Another thing happened over the summer and that was she lost Noah, he really wanted to move to California but Medley got accepted to Mist State before he announced that was basically his dream, so he moved away to California, they hardly keep in contact now and the only way they talk to each other is through Delilah.
"You must be Medley." A girl said as she walked up to Medley. "Hi, I'm Annabelle. You can call me Anna though," Anna held her hand out which Medley took kindly.
"So, is college a lot like High School or will I be fine?" Medley asked her. "It's different, more mature," Anna told her.
"Where are you going?" Anna asked her. "I do a musical programme," Medley told her and then Anna gasped.
"I knew you looked familiar, you're from the New Directions. My all-time favourite Glee band." Annabelle said and Medley laughed. "Thank you, I try not to forget about it."

Medley finished all of her classes but still had the last one, she walked in and her eyes went straight over to this boy.
"You're late!" The teacher shouted. "I'm sorry, Ms Green, it won't happen again. It's my first day and..."
"Don't worry." Ms Green said noticing she was new and hadn't seen her in her lessons before. "So, you all want to become musical famous?" Ms Green said she had an accent but Medley couldn't quite tell what accent it was.
Everyone agreed with her, Medley wanted to do what she could do best and enjoy, sing!
"So this class there is no practice, you practice at home and not in here. That's how my lessons have always worked and that's how it's going to be, I will be easy on you for now but if I see you falling you will be cut! Got it?" She asked and everyone nodded their head.
"Assignment is... find me a happy song, a song you sing when you hear the word happy." Ms Green told them.
"Now go and get some ideas!" She said. The whole room scattered as they grabbed their notebooks, writing down the songs they hear.
Medley tapped her pen on her paper as she thought, the only song she could think of was Everybody In Love, everyone loved JLS (especially her) and it was a happy song that could get you dancing.

Medley went home, she didn't live far from Mist State, around an hour and a half away.
"Mommy's home!" Medley shouted and Delilah came running up to her, almost falling over but keeping strong.
"Mama!" She shouted, she could speak a little but her words were still a little unclear and jumbled but Medley thought it was cute.
"Who's hungry?" Medley asked as the nanny came round the corner. "Thank you, Emma. Here's your money." Medley mom still gives Medley money, Medley tries not to accept it but her mom will still find a way for her to get it.
"Goodbye," Emma said as she took the money and left.
"What shall we eat today?" Medley asked Delilah as she picked her up. "Pizza or nuggets?" Medley asked and Delilah pointed at the nuggets. "With carrots or broccoli?" Medley asked her again.
