The next day at school was very eventful. First, the prom theme was announced, Monte Carlo, and Jessica was totally not happy about it. Then Bella is spotted getting out of Edwards car in the parking lot, to which everyone had a total freak out about. In art class Natalia had to listen to Rosalie rant about how stupid Edward was being and Natalia reminding her that Jasper is doing the same thing. Rosalie just responded that Natalia was better than Bella.
That night Jasper came through her window again, and they stayed up talking. Talking about Jasper's life and all of the historical events he had been through, his relationship with Alice, and things about the whole family. Jasper even admitted that being around human blood was still hard for him. Natalia became worried, not for herself, but how Jasper was feeling and coping. Jasper reassured her though insisting that he doesn't feel that was around her. Natalia made him promise.
Over the weekend it was announced that Bella would be meeting the family as Edwards' mate. Natalia was sad that she hadn't been invited by Jasper but instead by Rosalie when she was calling to rant about Bella. That night though Jasper told her that he was gonna invite her but Rosalie beat him to it.
Natalia had only been to the Cullen house once before. One day in art class Rosalie mentioned that her house was her safe space, and Natalia didn't want to intrude on that. Natalia was nervous for this dinner, hopefully Bella would feel better at the end than Natalia did about hers.
Jasper's bedroom soon became Natalia's favorite place. One factor is that it has Jasper. The second reason is his bed. He told her that he only got it because he wanted her to have a place to sleep if she stayed over. This made Natalia push Jasper on the bed to start a heated makeout session. Natalia loved the way his lips felt on her and the way his hand fit perfectly on to hers. She also loved Jasper's body. While she never touched south of the border, Jasper was okay with Natalia touching his upper half. Natalia wanted to go there with Jasper, but every time she pushed, Jasper pulled away. He admitted that he was scared of hurting her, of accidentally killing her. When Jasper told her that Natalia finally agreed with him and decided that making out was the best way to go.
Jasper was tugging at her lower lip when Natalia pulled away. "Novio, I have a bad feeling that dinner is not going to go well."
Jasper laughed. "Esme and Edward had a long talk to Rosalie about behaving. I think she will comply."
Jasper wasn't 100% comfortable with Bella coming over too. He promised to behave but her blood still tempted him. Natalia was the first human who's blood he had no draw too. Carlisle told him it could be because of the mate bond. Jasper didn't care, he was just thankful.
"I'm sure she will, but she's not going to give up without a fight." Natalia says while running her fingers through his golden hair.
Instead of responding Jasper just leans in to kiss her, to which Natalia does too. A few seconds later they are drawn apart from loud noises coming from down stairs.
