"How come you never told me about your parents' anniversary party?" I inquired clearly offended he could have at least asked me so I could bluntly refuse that was the fun of it he couldn't just imagine that I would refuse that's taking all the fun out of it.

"What are you talking about... I did." He countered looking at me like I had just gotten a full face coverage.

"No, you didn't." I accused jabbing my finger in his chest. I'm pretty sure I would have remembered refusing.

He facepalmed and rubbed his temples and tried again. "I sent it to your phone."

"No, you didn't." I countered again getting impatient he should just admit he didn't so we could go back to our lives with the constant reminder that I was right like always and he was wrong.

"Check your damn phone." He snapped impatiently causing me to glare at him.

I sighed and got out my phone. "If you had sent it I'm pretty sure I would have..." my eyes narrowed on a particular text on my phone. "Well, would you look at that it's a message from you just like you said how mindblowing?" I said laughing awkwardly he frowned and crossed his hands looking at me disapprovingly.

"How forgetful of me." I finished slapping my forehead he just rolled his eyes.

"Whatever." We muttered at the same time before stopping and smiling.

"So you'll come over to my house tomorrow night-"

"It's tomorrow!" I exclaimed in disbelief.

Of course, you fool today is Friday after Friday comes Saturday we've been through this before try to keep up ok.

"-So that I can introduce you to my family- well parents since you've met the rest of my siblings. I mean it's only fair." He just went on pointedly ignoring me.

"Mr. Reid, Ms. Javier... I would appreciate it if you took your conversation out of this class." The wrinkly over fifty English teacher spat at us in disgust. The whole class turned to look at us.

I smiled at her. "And I would appreciate it if you minded your own damn business I wasn't disturbing anyone."

Addison gasped- well everyone gasped only her own got more of my attention simply because- slapping my hand lightly. "What?" I asked defensively. "She prepared herself for that one."

The woman narrowed her eyes at me and then turned to Ian who sat back trying to hold back his laughter. Virtually the whole class was holding back their laughter. She looked back at me shot daggers at me, muttered something under her breathe that I didn't catch, and sulked out of the class.

The class finally burst out into their laughter as they started mumbling things to each other. Addison went all out about how that was very rude and that wasn't necessary and I asked her if she even knew me at all. She sighed and looked back at the front of the class when the teacher returned probably after recovering from the embarrassment.

I turned back to Ian. "What no now I have to dress all nice and shit," I complained.

He facepalmed. "No you don't exactly have to you can just be yourself."

I raised a brow with a smirk on my face. "Are you sure about that?"

He registered understanding and sighed. "Ok, maybe not so you."

"Well that won't be that hard Julia and Addison won't let me leave the house in anything less than a fashion statement." I shuddered.

He let out a chuckle. "Good luck with that." My nose wrinkled in disgust at him as I stuck my tongue out he just flicked me off.
