Car Method:

1. Put on subliminals or any type of music (optional). Or you can just listen to the noise of the car.

2. Close your eyes and relax your muscles. It doesn't have to be all of them, but at least half. Start from the top of your head, down to the tips of your toes. 

3. Visualize yourself in a car, bus, train, etc, in your DR. As you're visualizing, look around. What are you wearing? What color are the seats? What color are the walls inside the vehicle? Is there anyone next to you? In front of you? What about behind you? Is there anyone talking? What's going on outside? Are there plants? Buildings? A field? Is it dark inside the vehicle? Just describe in your head what you are seeing.

4. If you are listening to music, skip this step. Listen to the vehicle and to the sounds outside. Listen to the tires moving across the street. Listen to the sound of other cars and nature. You are in your DR.

5. Feel yourself in the vehicle. As it moves and goes onto bumpy roads, make sure you visualize the people (if there are any) moving with it. If there is sunlight hitting you, notice it. Feel how warm the sun is on your skin. You are in your DR and you are very happy to be there.

6. Affirm. Affirm that you're in the vehicle in your DR. Where are you headed to? Wherever you're going, you're almost there. Just wait a little longer. Keep affirming. Keep doing this until you feel like you're ready to open your eyes.


Car Method 2:

1. Put on subliminals or any music you'd like (optional).

2. Close your eyes and visualize yourself in a car from your DR. You can make it as detailed as you want.

3. As the car is moving, imagine yourself headed to your DR with a person from your DR driving the car.

4. Take your time. Visualize yourself having a conversation with this person as you're heading there. Don't rush this part as it can affect your results.

5. Once you feel like you're close enough, you start to see a bright light shield your vision. You and the other person are driving towards the blinding light.

6. Start affirming. You are shifting. You are headed towards your destination: your DR. You're almost there. Keep going.

7. Once you feel like you're ready and in your DR, you can open your eyes.


Ceiling Method:

1. Put on binaural beats/subliminals/music (not required, but recommended, specifically binaural beats). Depending on the version, you're either sitting or laying on your back.

2. This is really important and sometimes out of your control, but you can't be interrupted. It will get you out of the sleepy/dazed state. Now, if you're sitting you focus point can be on the wall or floor, but when laying you need to look at the ceiling. 

3. Start daydreaming about events in your DR but keep your eyes open. (Sometimes picturing scenarios with your eyes closed distracts your thoughts, and picturing while looking at things in your CR is hard because your brain is focused on your CR. That's why you must look at the ceiling, wall, or floor.)
