1. Visualize yourself sitting against a tree. Someone from your DR runs in front of you.

2. Feel yourself get up and chase them. You see them jump into a hole, and you jump after them. Feel yourself falling.

3. While falling visualize things from your CR passing you. It's best to think about things you hate (politics, people, responsibility, etc.) since it gives you a reason to leave your CR.

4. When you get close to the bottom imagine good things from your DR. This will give you the will to stay. It is important to take your time with falling, and go into depth when visualizing the reasons you're leaving.

5. When you reach the bottom there is a door with a key. Unlock the door and see the person you were chasing. They will take your hand and say something along the lines of "Ready to be with me."

6. They'll guide you to your DB (or train). Fall asleep and you'll wake up in your DR.
