1. Meditate before starting.
2. Lay down comfortably in bed. Imagine laying down in a hammock in your DR.
3. Imagine that the hammock is swinging, and every time it swings say (in your head) an affirmation.
4. Once you get a sign of shifting (tingling, numbness, possibly pain, seeing white lights, feeling like you're actually swinging, a feeling of falling) start visualizing your DR building around you. Continue saying affirmations.
5. Do this until you have fallen asleep. When you wake up you'll be in your DR.
