1. Lay in a comfortable position.

2. Begin counting in your head. Every ten (10, 20, 30, etc.) imagine a new aspect of your DR. (ex: Imagine your voice at 10, your family at 20, and so on.)

3. Once you hit 50, count all the way to 100 without stopping. Open your eyes or fall asleep, you're in your DR.
