1. Lay in a starfish position on your bed with no limbs touching.

2. Keep your eyes closed and imagine you getting onto a train to your DR.

3. Imagine scenes from your DR, and think about how you feel. What's the temperature? What's outside the window?

4. Repeat affirmations while you are on the train.

5. You will feel the train stop when it stops open your eyes. You will be in your DR.
