1. Meditate at least five minutes to calm down and get prepared.

2. Imagine sitting on the roof of your house and watching the sunset. What can you see? Which colors are there? Pink? Orange? Do they change? Is it windy? Is it warm? Concentrate completely on how the sun sets more and more and the sky gets darker.

3. A person from your DR sits next to you and holds your hand. Watch with them as the sun sets completely.

4. It gets completely dark, the stars and the moon are out, but you two continue sitting. Enjoy the warm wind and the happiness filling you.

5. Think about your DR and say affirmations.

6. After about 5 minutes of visualizing your DR, see the sun slowly rise. How the first rays of sunshine come up and fill the sky with every color you can imagine. Feel the happiness floating through your whole body, still holding the hand of the person from your DR.

7. Then imagine you aren't in your CR anymore, you aren't sitting on the roof. You are in your DR. As the sun rises, see more and more of your DR. How beautiful it looks, how excited you get. You want to explore and discover your DR, and as you stand up, you can feel your DR, you can feel the excitement and happiness going through your body.

8. When you are sure that you've completely shifted, open your eyes.
