1. Select a video of a heartbeat sound (around 20 minutes) and turn off autoplay (can contain background music).

2. Keep your eyes closed and place the device playing the music under your pillow and lay in any position.

3. Lay down on your pillow and envision yourself on somebody from your DR's chest.

4. Repeat affirmations while you are laying down.

5. After the audio ends imagine the person waking you up and leading you to a door.

6. When they open the door, you will see a very bright light, then, walk through the door.

7. You will feel like you're falling, this is normal.

8. After, go to sleep and you will wake up in your DR.
