1. Imagine a piece of paper with a line drawn down the middle. One half represents your CR and CS. The other half represents your consciousness. They can be any color you want, just make sure they're different.

2. Imagine the paper slowly ripping in half down the line. As this happens feel your consciousness tear away from your body. The consciousness piece will start to float away.

3. The consciousness half floats towards another half of a paper, a different color, this one represents your DR and DS. They go together, forming another whole paper.

4. Now that your consciousness is attached to your DR, start affirming. You'll also need to do the Sunni Method. Basically, just feel everything in your DR. Try to trick your brain that you're already there.

5. Then start visualizing a scene where you've shifted. It could be talking to people in your DR, waking up in your DR, etc. Make sure you're very focused and the visualization as detailed as possible.

6. Keep visualizing until you fall asleep. You'll wake up in your DR. You might even shift without falling asleep.
