1. Imagine entering a pet store. At the back of the store is a whole wall of fish tanks. Except there are no fish or water in the tanks, instead they're all looking into different realities you have made.

2. Peer into the one straight ahead of you, it is your DR. You are looking through in first person, looking in your bedroom (train, class, etc.). See one of your friends sitting next to you. Keep peering around the room from the fish tank.

3. Study and visualize this reality in the fish tank for about 5-10 minutes. Take deep breaths, listening to a guided meditation or binaural beats. You can hear your DR through the fish tank, except it's muffled and echoed.

4. You notice a small door on the side of the fish tank. Open the latch and slowly crawl into your DR. Repeat affirmations while visualizing that you're crawling into your first-person view of your DR. As you crawl in, you are shifting to your DR body. Feel yourself becoming your DS.

5. Still visualize as sounds from your CR fade away, and the sounds and noises from your DR become clearer. You are finally your DS and you can move freely. It looks and feels just as real as your CR, you belong here.
