1. (Optional but recommended) Put on a subliminal or calming music. Meditate for 5-10 minutes to clear your mind. Once you've cleared your mind repeat some affirmations.
2. Lay down, your back is preferred but any way you're comfortable is fine. Repeat affirmations and set your intentions to shift. Do this until you begin to feel symptoms.
3. Keep affirming until you feel disconnected from your body. Once you feel disconnected start affirming like you've already shifted. Also, use identity affirmations. If you feel any symptoms ignore them.
4. Feel as if you're in your DB (or train). What does it smell like? What does it feel like? What's around you? What can you hear? Is anyone else in the room with you? Visualize and feel every little detail as if you're actually in your DB (or train). Feel as though your DB is behind your eyelids.
5. If you don't want to sleep continue to affirm and visualize. Once you feel your surroundings change and are sure you're in your DR open your eyes. If you want to sleep keep visualizing and affirming as you fall asleep. Think of what you'll do when you get into your DR. You don't need to go into detail, just imagine what you'll do.
