1. Meditate for 30 minutes.

2. Sit down in a comfortable position.

3. Close your eyes and imagine you're sitting on a plane. Make sure that you know your destination is your DR.

4. Somebody from your DR will walk up to you when you're there. They will say "It's time to go."

5. Follow them to the door of the plane. They open the door, you should feel a rush of air.

6. They will jump out of the plane. Follow them.

7. You should feel the sensation of falling. Once you land, you will be in your DR.
