1. Visualize yourself waking up in your DR and feel your feet on the floor.

2. Visualize a DR friend walking through the door and hugging you, try to feel the hug.

3. Spend time with them. Take your time!!

4. Say goodbye to them and go to your DR bed. Say affirmations like "I have shifted" etc. until you fall asleep. When you wake up you'll be in your DR.
