1. Lay down in your bed in a starfish position.

2. Keep your eyes closed and imagine stairs, they should go up a good amount.

3. Slowly begin to climb the stairs while repeating affirmations.

4. Once you've reached the top, you should see a mirror with your DR self in it.

5. You should see a person from your DR behind you.

6. The person will take your hand and lead you through a door into your DR.

7. While repeating affirmations, imagine scenes from your DR until you fall asleep. You will wake up in your DR.
