1. (Works best on a rainy night!) Position yourself in a quiet room with no distractions, cross your legs, and close your eyes. Make sure the room is dark.

2. Imagine yourself doing tasks and enjoying yourself in your DR. Then start repeating affirmations, it's important to not open your eyes.

3. You should start getting symptoms, hearing unfamiliar voices, flashing lights, tingliness, numbness, and dizziness.

4. Imagine standing in front of a door. Open the door and you'll see your DS in front of you.

5. Imagine colored smoke (resembling your soul) exit through your mouth and enter your DS.

6. Don't open your eyes until you are 100% sure you are in your DR.
