1. Meditate for however long it takes you to relax.

2. Lay down in your bed in a starfish position and close your eyes.

3. Imagine going onto the Hogwarts Express and sitting down in a seat. Also imagine putting all your stuff (like your trunk or pet) on and sitting down with whoever you want.

4. Visualize having a conversation with the other person/people sitting down with you. You need to do that for a while.

5. When you start to feel tired tell them you're going to take a nap. You can imagine yourself or whoever's sitting with you doing a spell on the seat so you can actually lay on it.

6. Try to feel yourself on the train seat, listen to the things around you, feel, and smell everything on the train.

7. This is the most important step!! Believe you're actually there, you have to fully believe you're there to shift.

8. You can add another method onto it, like the Raven Method, or you can just fall asleep. Don't fall asleep until you actually, 100%, believe you're there.

9. You'll wake up in your DR.
