Aissa's Method:

1. Get into any comfortable position you could sleep in. 

2. Focus on your breathing. Get into a good headspace.

3. Visualize yourself laying under a tree looking up at a sky next to a character from your DR.

4. Have a conversation with them, talk to them.

5. Once you feel ready, visualize the character asking if you're ready to go home. If it feels right, say yes.

6. Visualize walking into a light. You and your character should be holding hands. They will ask questions about it and reassure you, making sure you know they are waiting for you on the other side.

7. Start counting to 100 slowly. After every ten, say affirmations. After 50 they should be in past tense (ex: I went home instead of I'm almost home).

8. You're done. Focus on your breathing or affirm some more and you should drift off and wake up in your DR.


Alice in Wonderland Method:

1. Visualize yourself sitting against a tree. Someone from your DR runs past you.

2. Feel yourself get up and chase them. You see them jump into a hole, and you jump after them. Feel yourself falling.

3. While falling visualize things from your CR passing you. It's best to think about things you hate (politics, people, responsibility, etc.) since it gives you a reason to leave your CR.

4. When you get close to the bottom imagine good things from your DR. This will give you the will to stay. It is important to take your time with falling, and go into depth when visualizing the reasons you're leaving. 

5. When you reach the bottom there is a door with a key. Unlock the door and see the person you were chasing. They will take your hand and say something along the lines of "Ready to be with me?"

6. They'll guide you to your DB or wherever you want to go. Fall asleep and you'll wake up in your DR.

Animal Crossing Method:

1. Lay down in a starfish position and make sure not to move. 

2. Visualize yourself opening your eyes and being in your CB but all around you is a beautiful place (like a forest, clouds, mountains, etc.). Make sure to stay in your bed and don't move.

3. Visualize someone you trust from your DR greeting you and asking how they can help. 

4. Tell them you want to go to your DR. They will tell you a little bit about your DR (you can visualize) and ask if that's where you want to go. They'll tell you they're shifting you there. Visualize closing your eyes.

5. Fall asleep and you will wake up in your DR. You can repeat affirmations. You should also be really tired before doing this method so it's easier to sleep. 


Borderline (Hogwarts) Method:

1. Meditate for however long it takes you to relax.
