1. Be half-asleep or tired. Lay down on your bed in a starfish position with none of your limbs touching.

2. Keep your eyes closed. Shut off anything that might distract you (phone, fan, etc.).

3. Slowly begin to count up to/down from 100. As you are counting, repeat affirmations in your head.

4. Once you get to 100/0, envision scenes from your DR while still repeating affirmations.

5. Fall asleep and you will wake up in your DR.
